Growscalo is a marketing and growth service provider, not a medical provider. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance or a recommendation concerning fertility care. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals and the relevant clinic.
4. Marketing outcomes and performance statements
Examples, frameworks, targets, projections, performance commitments and references to consultation growth are subject to the assumptions, scope, media budget, market conditions, clinic response times, offer quality, tracking setup and other conditions stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement. No website statement should be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee of revenue, treatment starts, patient volume or advertising performance.
Where the website refers to a 90-day performance commitment, it applies only where expressly included in an agreed client scope and remains subject to the agreed campaign scope, budget, clinic-side response times, target definitions and other written conditions.
